With over a decade of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) in the Oil and Gas industry, Joanne Carrol brings a wealth of knowledge to ISO Integrity. Specialising in various ISO standards such as ISO/IEC 17020, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001, Joanne has an in-depth understanding of compliance, quality management, and operational excellence.
Possessing an impressive academic background, Joanne has earned a Master’s degree in Project Management and holds several key certifications, including NEBOSH, Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practices, and Lead Auditor Training for multiple ISO standards.
Over the years, Joanne has held vital roles from HSEQ Advisor to Quality Assurance Manager in prominent companies, where responsibilities ranged from executing and maintaining accredited inspection management systems to providing strategic advice at senior management levels. This vast experience informs the consultancy’s comprehensive offerings, from auditing and gap analysis to full-scale implementation of ISO standards.
Known for a meticulous eye for detail, Joanne employs root cause analysis techniques such as Kelvin Topset, Fishbone, and The 5 Whys. Coupled with expertise in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Tools and concepts, this analytical approach uniquely positions ISO Integrity to deliver tailored solutions that hit the mark.
